Check an amplicon sequence file for chimeras using USEARCH 6.0. This tool is limited to 60,000 sequences through the website. For more information see the USEARCH website. USEARCH is run in the uchime denovo mode which means that tool will only work with EXPERIMENTAL DATA containing both chimeric and the non-chimeric sequences at higher abundances.
